CONDOLENCES
The Tipperary Supporters Club wishes to express their condolences to the family, friends and to Lorrha Dorrha club on the passing of that great Tipp stalwart Liam King.Liam was perhaps unfortunate that his representation on the Tipp senior hurling team coincided with the beginning of the famine years but he was member of the Tipperary team that captured All Ireland glory in 1971 in that memorable match. Forwards tend to get the glory but the contribution of Liam that day in holding future rugby international Ned Byrne scoreless was massive. He continued to play on the Tipp senior team until the mid 70s and was a selector in 1985.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

TIPPERARY HURLER OF THE YEAR 2026
It is the time of year when we open the voting to select the Tipperary Supporters Club Senior Hurler of the Year for 2026.The winner will receive the Tony Reddin Perpetual Cup, awarded for 2024 to Ronan Maher of Thurles Sarsfields and to John McGrath of Loughmore Castleiney for 2025.Voting is open to paid-up members only of the Supporters Club and any player from the Senior squad may be chosen.Your vote can be registered by emailing info@tippsupportersclub.com with the name of your selection for Tipperary Hurler of the Year.Voting will remain open until Monday 28th September.
